(a) Pharmaceutical and consumer health products
For BAYER pharmaceutical and consumer health products, if you want to report a side effect or quality complaint, please contact your healthcare professional (e.g. physician or pharmacist) or your local health authority. To report side effects or quality complaints to BAYER, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
(b) Animal health products
For animal health products, an adverse event is any observation, whether or not considered to be product related, that is unfavourable and unintended, that occurs after any use of an animal health product (including off-label and on-label uses) including: safety related events in animals or humans; suspected lack of expected efficacy in animals; suspected violation of approved maximum residue limits or withdrawal period; suspected environmental problem / endangerment; suspected transmission of infectious agents; product technical complaints. BAYER will pass on particulars of actual or suspected adverse events as required by law.
